What EVRVA collects
The property-readiness screen collects the representative’s name, work contact information, organization, role, property information, readiness answers, and optional notes. Member and staff services may also create authenticated account, project, support, document, and audit records needed to deliver the charging program.
How information is used
- Evaluate whether a property may be suitable for an EV charging project.
- Respond to the representative and develop site, financing, or delivery next steps.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve EVRVA’s services.
- Maintain required commercial, safety, audit, and legal records.
Processing and disclosure
EVRVA limits information to authorized personnel and service providers that support hosting, authentication, communications, reporting, security, and project delivery. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect people or systems, or as part of an authorized business transaction. Public-assessment information is not published through the client portal or network map.
Retention and protection
EVRVA retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the evaluation, business relationship, security, audit, dispute, and legal purposes for which it was collected. Technical and organizational safeguards reduce risk, but no internet system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask EVRVA to correct your contact information or review a deletion request. Some records may need to be retained for contractual, security, audit, or legal reasons. Do not place passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health records, or other unnecessary sensitive information in free-text fields.
