Terms and Acceptable Use

Early evaluation only

Public readiness scores and planning materials are preliminary screening tools. They are not engineering, utility, code, accessibility, legal, tax, insurance, financing, or construction approval. A project proceeds only through separately authorized diligence, commercial agreements, permits, inspections, and launch controls.

Authorized use

Submit information only when you are authorized to do so and it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Authenticated accounts are personal to the authorized user. Keep credentials and multifactor authenticators secure and report suspected compromise.

Prohibited activity

• Automated spam, scraping, excessive submissions, or interference with availability.
• Unauthorized access, security testing, credential sharing, or bypass attempts.
• False, infringing, unlawful, malicious, or unnecessarily sensitive submissions.
• Copying or exploiting EVRVA software, scoring logic, reports, or branding without authorization.

Service boundaries

EVRVA may restrict abusive activity, suspend compromised access, preserve audit evidence, and change or discontinue functions when needed for security, reliability, compliance, or business operations. Third-party maps, utilities, lenders, contractors, and other services remain subject to their own terms and availability.
